Whether it's savoring a cup of coffee in the morning, reading a good book, doing a 20 minute stretch or taking a walk outside and appreciating the beauty of nature, finding joy in the present moment can help us feel more grounded and connected to our surroundings. Also spending time with loved ones and engaging in activities we enjoy can also bring us joy and a sense of fulfillment.
Now radical joy is what I've had to learn that takes the concept of joy one step further by encouraging us to embrace joy even in difficult or challenging circumstances. Rather than waiting for external circumstances to align perfectly before experiencing joy. Radical joy invites us to cultivate joy from withing, even when facing adversity.
This type of joy is not dependent on external factors, but rather on our own mindset and ability to find joy in the midst of difficulty. By embracing radical joy, we can develop a greater sense of resilience and emotional fortitude, which can help us navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.
I've found that it helped me to sleep better, be able to relax to think with more clarity for important decisions I needed to make and clear stagnant energy with more flow to shift my consciousness in manifesting more quality experiences and a greater depth of the beauty in life I want to see.
We literally can become what we think with the right mindset. Read this next post to learn how. https://www.creativelycultured.com/2021/11/we-literally-become-what-we-think.html
