Exfoliate, Hydrate and Regenerate your skin for Beach Lovers

Hello there fellow beach lovers! I'm sure you all know the feeling of pure joy and relaxation that comes with a day at the beach. The warmth of the sun, the grounding effect of balance by putting your feet in the sand and the calming vibes of the sea, can help us forget our worries and rejuvenate our minds and bodies. However, the beach can take a toll on our skin, leaving it dry, dull and even damaged.

So I was trying to come up with a catchy slogan for the spring skincare routine  series to get us prepared for all the rejuvenating beach days we are about to have this summer. Of course it'll be posted in the beach and body section of this blog.

Thus, enter Exfoliate, Hydrate and Regenerate; The Beach Lovers Bible! You know I had to find a title to stand out in these blogging streets! This free E Book will be available soon so make sure you book mark or subscribe so that'll you can stay updated on all these things.

The way I get compliments on my skin because it's pretty clear for the amount of sun I get and activities I do considering, having had really bad, puss forming acne, scars from popping them myself and eczema. That's why I want to help you keep your skin glowing all spring and summer long with these beach skincare tips.

Exfoliate

Lets start exfoliation. After a long day of soaking up the sun, I noticed that my skin felt rough and dry. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells from the surface, leaving it smooth and allowing better absorption of moisturizers and other skincare products.

I found that using a gentle exfoliating scrub once or twice a week worked wonders for my skin. It felt rejuvenated and ready for another day at the beach.

Hydrate

Next up is hydration. The sun and saltwater can leave our skin feeling dehydrated, which can lead to premature aging and damage. That's why it's important to hydrate both internally and externally.

Aloe Vera Juice is my favorite anti-inflammatory to drink.

Regenerate

Finally, regeneration is key. The sun can cause damage to our skins DNA, leading to premature aging and even skin cancer. That's why it's important to include products that promote regeneration in our beach skincare routine.

I found that using a  Rose Essential Oil  serum  with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and E helped to regenerate my skin and protect it from further damage. And let's not forget about sunscreen! A goo sunscreen not only protects us from the harmful rays of the sun but also helps to prevent further damage.

In conclusion, exfoliate, hydrate, and regenerate should be every beach lover's bible. With these simple steps, we can enjoy all the benefits of the beach without worrying about the damage it can do to our skin. So let's lather up, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beautiful beach vibes!
